Payments, Shipping & Returns

Payments Accepted

We prefer PayPal or Google Checkout (online payment service) as our
preferred payment. Both online payment services accept 
credit card/debit card.

Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please be advised all
Personal Checks and Money Order will have to clear our bank
(could take up to 15 business days). Once payments have cleared,
your order will be on its way.

and Shipping box is Banded.Your shipment will arrive via UPS
within 7 - 10 business days. Your order will be processed and
shipped within 48 hours (business days).

Out of Stock/Backorders

On RARE occasion items maybe Out of Stock due to discontinued or
sold out and placed on backorder. If an item is discontinued or on
backorder, RedRose Boutique customer service department will contact
you and advise you if the item you have order has been discontinued
or an estimated delivery date. If you choose not to wait for the item
to be back in stock, we will issue you a refund or issue you an account
credit. If you have ordered more than one item, and there is only one
item discontiuned or on backorder, and you choose not to wait on the
backordered item to be restocked, we will issue a new invoice for the
remaining items on your order, and when payment is cleared, Your order
will be shipped.


Exchange Policy on Delivered Damaged Item

Buyer must contact seller the day of delivery about item arriving
damaged. Once seller (RedRose Boutique) receives damaged item, a
replacement item will be shipped.  Buyer must contact seller day of delivery.

Product Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please
contact our customer service department and we will happily issue
you an RMA number for return. Returns must be in the original box,
(Brand New In Box), item in perfect condition, (if damaged during
shipping, see Exchange Policy on damaged item), a quick note stating
why you are returning the item, and the invoice that arrived in the
box with your order. Buyer must send the returned item postmarked within
2 days of receiving the RMA number (if you have a problem, please
contact us). The item must be sent with delivery confirmation and insured
via USPS, (return address will be provided with RMA number. This is to
guarantee seller receives returned item. Failure to do so will void the
Return Policy.

Once RedRose Boutique receives the returned item in the same condition
and packaging the item was shipped in, a refund will be issued, excluding
shipping & handling charges.

Return Policy

Our Website proudly stand behind the quality brand name products that we sell. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 3 days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount, less a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charges (with RMA #). The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.

Note: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us.  You can e-mail us at sales@redroseboutique.com.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 2 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue an exchange, if notified after (2) business days.

Items that are returned more than 5 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion.

If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount, less a 35% restocking fee and the original shipping charges.

* - For camcorders, digital cameras, computers and portable audio/video devices, diamond and gemstone fine jewelry there is a 2-day return policy. All other above conditions apply.

Exchanges are available only if the item is still in stock.

Due to our changing inventory, we cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to return for another item, simply return the item to our warehouse for a refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item that you want.

How to Return An item

1. Complete the Return Form - The Return Form needs to be filled out completely and signed before we process your return. Using this form, tell us why you are returning the item in as much detail as possible. Upon receipt of this form, we will issue an RMA# for the return.

2. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in a box with a copy of your order form and return form. Please clearly write your RMA # on the outside of your box.

3. Shipping your return - The buyer bears all shipping costs. We require that you ship us your returned item only via U.S.P.S. to address  provided to you with the RMA#, and must include delivery confirmation and insured.

4. Receipt of your item - We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed and your account credited. You should expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 business days of our receiving your return.

�  Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
�  Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

 -    RETURNS - Please allow 7-14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid with an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 7-14 business days.
 -    This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.
