Payments, Shipping & Returns
Payments Accepted
We prefer PayPal or Google Checkout (online payment service) as our
preferred payment. Both online payment services accept
credit card/debit card.
Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please be advised all
Personal Checks and Money Order will have to clear our bank
(could take up to 15 business days). Once payments have cleared,
your order will be on its way.

and Shipping box is Banded.Your shipment will arrive via UPS
within 7 - 10 business days. Your order will be processed and
shipped within 48 hours (business days).
ATTEN: Any orders outside the lower 48 States (United States) will
have an addition shipping cost, customs cost (if any) and the delivery time is be take
longer.
Out of Stock/Backorders
On RARE occasion items maybe Out of Stock due to discontinued or
sold out and placed on backorder. If an item is discontinued or on
backorder, RedRose Boutique customer service department will contact
you and advise you if the item you have order has been discontinued
or an estimated delivery date. If you choose not to wait for the item
to be back in stock, we will issue you a refund or issue you an account
credit. If you have ordered more than one item, and there is only one
item discontiuned or on backorder, and you choose not to wait on the
backordered item to be restocked, we will issue a new invoice for the
remaining items on your order, and when payment is cleared, Your order
will be shipped.
Exchange Policy on Delivered Damaged Item
Buyer must contact seller the day of delivery about item arriving
damaged. Once seller (RedRose Boutique) receives damaged item, a
replacement item will be shipped. Buyer must contact seller day of delivery.
Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please
contact our customer service department and we will happily issue
you an RMA number for return. Returns must be in the original box,
(Brand New In Box), item in perfect condition, (if damaged during
shipping, see Exchange Policy on damaged item), a quick note stating
why you are returning the item, and the invoice that arrived in the
box with your order. Buyer must send the returned item postmarked within
2 days of receiving the RMA number (if you have a problem, please
contact us). The item must be sent with delivery confirmation and insured
via USPS, (return address will be provided with RMA number. This is to
guarantee seller receives returned item. Failure to do so will void the
Return Policy.
Once RedRose Boutique receives the returned item in the same condition
and packaging the item was shipped in, a refund will be issued, excluding
shipping & handling charges.
